Who we are
WiredUp Arts makes handmade soy candles and resin art. Winter is our private, internal business assistant. It is used only by the owner of WiredUp Arts to run the business and is not offered to the public.
What Winter accesses, and why
- Google account of the business owner (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets): to read and summarise business email (orders, enquiries, suppliers, payments), show upcoming events, save reply drafts and calendar events only after the owner approves them, and keep the business's own records. Winter never sends email by itself.
- Our own Instagram professional accounts (@wiredup_arts, @arc_inmotion): to read our account statistics and incoming messages, so the owner is notified and can reply. Winter never posts or sends messages.
- Customer and event information you share with us (name, contact, order or RSVP details): only to fulfil your order or booking.
Google user data
Winter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features above to the business owner. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train general AI models, and not shared with anyone else, except as needed to run the service (for example, the AI model that drafts summaries on the owner's behalf) or where required by law.
Storage and retention
Business records live in the owner's private Google Sheet. Recent chat context and messages are kept briefly in private systems (about 14 days) and then deleted automatically. Access is limited to the business owner.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, message @wiredup_arts on Instagram or email archita.shrma@gmail.com. We act on requests within 7 days. The business owner can revoke Winter's Google access at any time from their Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
